Audiogram
A chart of measured hearing thresholds across tested frequencies.
An audiogram records the quietest tones detected during a hearing test, usually for each ear. Interpretation depends on the test conditions and the clinician’s assessment.
Primary reference: NHS hearing-test guidance. This definition is general information, not an individual assessment.
